1. get back into running...Living in the north east in the winter is not the best for running but Ive been going to the gym on a regular basis since the new year and Im slowly getting back into shape on the lovely treadmilll..It feels as if everyone has this idea seeing yesterday it was soo packed I was on a waiting list for the treadmill. Two years ago I was running in a race almost every month and really loved the feeling I got after a good run...such a stress-less euphoric feeling..so 2009 here I come...watch out!
