So my no plans weekend ended up being quite busy and fulfilling...
Saturday-I met my mom and sister and we shopped around Target, Kohls, and TJ Maxx and I got some cute towels, humidifier, and shower curtain. Then ate some yummy taco salad at Reb Robin YUMMM. Then I went to the movies with my bf and saw Paul Blart-Mall Cop...funny but kind of silly and the people in the theatre started clapping at the end, ok. After seeing like the express, about the su football player, or another moving movie I find it ok to clap but Paul Blart mall cop...come on now! Oh well...
Sunday-I had to work a couple hours doing payroll due to the holiday, then picked up a new 40 inch hdtv from best buy that my bf bought so now I have quite the entertainment system in my little apartment. Then I cleaned like a mad woman, got some groceries then finally relaxed for the evening watching some meaningless tv.
Monday-Happy Martin Luther King day!! Soo did I mention I LOVE holidays that I get off from work..it is fabulous! I layed in my bed for a couple hours watching tv, then went to my bf's campus bookstore and helped him return books and get new books for the semester, then went to Circuit City to see if there were any good sales on wiis or anything else, but 10% off isnt that good so maybe in a couple weeks there will be. Then we grabbed a late lunch at this fantastic italian place called Spaghetti Warehouse. From the mozzarella, to the spaghetti and meatballs, to the 12 layer chocolate cake...everything tasted delicious!! So of course after eating all this I was motivated to hit the gym so I went and ran and lifted weights, came home and relaxed with my favorites-Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, and The City!!
All in all- a busy but excellent long weekend!!
