Mini Vacation Recap!!

Friday: Slept in till 10a, got everything together and left by 12:30p, got to Saratoga by 3:30, checked into our hotel, went to dinner at The Ripe Tomatoe (Yummy..had Tuscany Chicken Sandwhich), then headed to SPAC for the 1st of two Dave Matthews Band concerts! We had 4th row seats!! He was amazing..I have seen him twice before but I love the new cd and it was just amazing!!!

Saturday: Got breakfast downstairs,relaxed a bit and watched Juno on our 42 inch hdtv in our hotel room, got ready and headed out to do some sightseeing, went to the NYS Military Museum, then walked around Saratoga and I guess they knew we were coming because they were gearing up for a parade lol. Then we happened to find a Ben and Jerrys and I got a small cup of mint chocolate chunk and BF got a vanilla milkshake. Then we headed to a shopping center close by and i looked around this amazing mega TJ Maxx and I got a pair of cute jean shorts. Then we went to UNOs for lunch then back to the hotel to relax. I layed out in the sun for a little bit then got ready for the concert. It ended up raining that night but we were under the pavilion in section 11 still pretty good seats! He put on another amazing show!!! Then we headed back to the hotel I had my left over sandwhich from Unos for dinner then just layed around and watch some of SNL.

Sunday/Today: Got ready and packed up, left around 9am and stopped at my sister's for lunch and swimming. Her pool heater was working fabulous and the water was soo refreshing!! Then we got back on the road and headed home to the apt. I unpacked everything, got groceries, now its time to vacuum and pick up a bit and get ready for the week as well relax from the busy but fabulous weekend!!
