Living in Upstate NY in the winter can get quite frigid!! For instance this weekend, the windchill made it feel below zero!!
So if I didn't have a major reason to leave the apt, I kept myself nice and toasty inside!
Friday: After work I headed to Marshalls to pick up a cute outfit for my friend's new baby girl and a cookbook for my friend whose new years resolution is to learn how to cook! After Marshalls, I went back to my apt, cleaned and put away my Christmas tree and decorations, and relaxed by watching some meaningless tv and chatting with my far away fiance on ichat!
Saturday: Got up and did three loads of laundry and watched some movies on tv! I met my friend and her little baby girl at Davids Bridal so she could order her bridesmaid dress for my wedding. Then they came over to my apt, we ordered in some yummy chicken wraps and fries and chatted for a little bit. Then she headed home with her precious little girl and I ended the night with another lovely chat with my fiancee!
Sunday: Went to church, headed back to the apt, to read my book Knit too and watch some tv. My parents came and brought my lovely new desk chair and then we headed to a wonderful local italian place for a late lunch. I had delicious Chicken Riggies which I brought home leftovers! Sunday night, I downloaded some new and old tunes and watched Guiliana and Bill and the Kardashians!!
Hope everyone is having a good start to their week! After a busy day of payroll, I will be hitting the gym and tanning after a two week hiatus!
