Wed 12/30: Traveled from NY to Texas...waking up at 3:30am NY time and not getting in to Texas until 4:45p Texas time.
It was such a nice warm welcoming compared to the frigid temperatures I left in NY. We headed to Wal-mart to pick up my beauty essentials lol and then we got to fiancee's apt. He has a little efficiency apt but it was quite cozy! Fiancee surprised me with a beautiful Coach purse when I arrived!! Soo sweet of him!!! I took a little nap and then we headed out with a couple of his friends for a Texas Brisket bbq and then to another friends apt to hang out.
Thurs 12/31 (New Years Eve) Got up and ready and headed out to get his oil changed. We looked at some cars while we waited for his oil change, possibly thinking of getting a Ford Edge this summer.
Then we went to their mall and wondered around and got some lunch at Applebees. Then we went to blockbuster to get some movies out, Paper Heart (cute and silly) and 500 days of Summer (pretty FABULOUS)
Then we drove around the base and the fiancee showed me around my new home in less than 5 months! We decided to go to a local place for dinner and it was very romantic and fun! After dinner we headed back to his apt to snuggle and celebrate New Years twice, once as New Yorkers and once as Texans!!
Fri 1/1/10 (Happy New Year!!) Relaxed around the apt, then headed to Chillis for lunch, then to another LT's house to look around and get a feel of what the layout of my new home may possibly be! I know I should have taken pics but I will once I find out exactly what it will look like! Then we all headed to the movies to see Did you hear about the Morgans? It was ok, then we headed back to the apt to relax and little old me got sick. I think it was a stomach bug. Boo!
Sat 1/2/2010 Rested pretty much most of the day, got IHOP for brunch, did a little shopping, well, looking around, saw The Blind Side, really good, then back to Applebees for a blah meal lol My stomach was still off.
Sun 1/3/2010 Relaxed together all day, watching tv and got some subs from Quiznos, my love got sick with i think the same bug I was getting over!
Mon 1/4/2010 Headed back to NY bright and early, stayed at my parents house for the night, sooo exhausted!!
Tuesday and Today were quite busy days at work, catching up on everything at work and running errands and starting to do more wedding planning!

And I've miss you, too! Sounds like a wonderful trip; I'm sorry you two both got sick. Let's schedule a date soon.
