I have read a couple of her books now, My sister's keeper and nineteen minutes, and this book was a similar set up having both main characters perspectives shown and moving between the past and present frequently. This book told the story of Paige who got married quite young to a med student and their marriage and then finally motherhood brought her to the breaking point. I won't share too much but I would recommend reading this book!
