Yesterday, the hubby and I saw John Carter. It was a pretty long movie and I got into after a while but it wasn't my favorite movie.
Over the weekend I started planning/looking up vacation spots for the hubby and I's tropical beach vacation! Its been a long 6 years since my last beach vacation and our honeymoon almost two years ago was in DC for a couple days but we decided that we would do the tropical honeymoon beach vacation after pilot training is completed! Now that hubby is a pilot but in training until July, we can't take any leave but I can plan! We are looking at a Riu resort in Punta Cana Dominican Republic for a week in September! Let me know if you have been to Punta Cana and what you would recommend or if there is another tropical beach vacation you would recommend?!
I really want to go on a tropical beach vacation! I'm happy that you'll have that to plan. Having never gone on a tropical beach vacation, I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions. Happy planning, though!
ReplyDeleteWhich Hunger Games series book was your favorite? I'm in the middle of Mockingjay right now. So far I'm not a huge fan of it--it's a lot harder to get through than the rest!
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa! Thanks for stopping by and becoming a new follower! I would have to say that the first book was my favorite because it was so interesting and I literally couldn't put it down! Catching fire was really good too and threw me for some loops but Mockingjay definitly took longer to get into and was confusing at times. I'm excited to see the movie this weekend and hope it measures up to the book!
DeleteI came *this* close to going to Punta Cana for my honeymoon with my exhusband. We went to Hawaii instead. For the same price, we could've gone to DR and stayed at an all inclusive. I would've rather gone there than Hawaii!
