* I was in NY visiting family for a week which was lovely and went by far too fast! I spent quality time with family and a couple friends. Sadly, there was not enough time to visit all my friends! Hopefully around Christmas I will be able to see more people:) I got to attend my cousin's wedding, go to a water park with my family, spend a day with my grandparents, celebrate the 4th of July with family, and spend quality time with my godson/nephew! He has grown soo much and it is soo fun being around him!
My cousin dancing with her husband!
Enjoying time with my mom, sis and nephew!
Me and my sassy nephew at a water park!
*Hubby and I have been trying to eat healthy for the past month or so, cutting out the sweet treats and eating healthy protein and carbs/veggies! I need to get back into working out/walking! Being on vaca with the family kept me busy but I need to get back in to a daily routine of working out!
*I bought the 50 shades of gray book 1 for my trip. I have read about half of it and it is quite scandalous but a wonderful light summer read! I look forward to reading the other books in the series as well as a couple other books that have come out this summer! Reading is another thing I need to make more time for after work instead of planting myself on the couch and going on FB and pinterest haha

*So I would love to hear from you readers!! What are you enjoying this summer? Any good books I should add to my reading list, any summer yummy recipes you are enjoying! Let me know if you are on pinterest, I would love to follow you!
*My name is saraterese on pinterest!

I am actually reading Slumdog Millionaire (the book) and it is quite good. Also I just finished Jodi Picoult's newest book Lone Wolf. It was decent also.
ReplyDeleteAnd I hope you have an awesome time on your trip! I would say I'm jealous, except that I just got back from a two-week trip (a week of which was in the Caribbean) myself. {Okay, maybe only a little jealous}
I'm following you on Pinterest now!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you've had a great time with family! I loved the 50 Shades series!
