Yesterday,after work, went to fiancee's parents house on the lake for a cookout and to meet family on his mom's side for the first time! It was a lot of fun chatting with everyone! We had yummy burgers, hot dogs and delicious chocolate pie and italian desserts...my fave!! We stayed the night and had to get up bright and early to head to work this morning.
In wedding news-We have two appts on Friday afternoon to look at possible reception venues. It has been quite a process this past week finding a place that was available next June 19. So on friday, we are looking at a Casino about 20 minutes away from the church and then another place on the lake about 40 minutes away. Once the reception venue is set, I hope everything else will fall together well!
Tonight I plan on cleaning up the apt and organizing and relaxing a bit then tomorrow heading to happy hour with fiancee's work friends then friday is fiancee's 23rd bday!!
Cant wait to see what Jeff does with Coup D'etat on Big Brother on thursday!!
