Shopping day with Mom!

After going to church this morning, I felt a little bored. I didnt really want to lay around all day and watch tv. I didnt really want to go workout. All I really wanted to do was go shopping lol So I chatted with my mom for a bit and she met me at one of the malls nearby.

We really werent looking for anything inparticular. I had in mind that I wanted to look for some cute flats to bring with me on Valentines Weekend to Alabama and to replace my other pairs that have begun to fall apart. I also was looking for some cute summer/spring dresses. I want to get a white, yellow, and blue dress...one to wear to my bridal shower, one to wear out on the town for my bachelorette party and one to wear to the rehearsal dinner. No luck today in the dress department but I did end up with some cute shoes and for a bargain!!

I headed to Payless and got two pairs..BOGO!! A cute pair of black and white check flats and another cute pair of silver flats with a little decal on the toe..Total for both:$24
Then we went to Sears to see if they had any sales and cute things..my mom and I both ended up getting the same pair of flats but in different colors. She got the blue pair, which I wanted but didnt have in my size, and I got the brown pair. Shoes were regularly like $50, marked down to $25 and 50% off...got lands end ballet flats for $12 each!!

After looking around the rest of the mall, we headed to Target and I found the cutest gray polka dotted three quarter length cardigan for $20 and dark denim trouser jeans for $7 yes $7!!!
I feel like my boring day was saved by some sweet shoe deals!!

Now time to eat some dinner, relax and get ready for the grammys!!!
