I have been living in Texas for the past month! I can hardly believe its been a month! Lately I have been feeling unproductive because this is the first time in good man y years Im not working in the summer. I was just thinking about how crazy this past month has been and after thinking of everything that has happened.. I guess I havent been too unproductive.
-Moved in to hubby's dorm
-bought living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture
-used all of our gift cards to get some home essentials at Target and Macys
-Got inprocessed into the militray-id card and insurance coverage
-Packed up hubby's dorm and moved into our first house!
-Unpacked everything and set up the house
-Bought a washer and dryer
-Applied for a job on base...fingers crossed!
-Changed my name legally
I guess that isnt too bad for a month! August should be a bitter sweet month. We get our wedding presents and the rest of our stuff delivered from NY. We celebrate Hubby's 24th bday with a fun San Antonio trip filled with amusement parks and outlet malls. Then I leave for a visit home to NY for a couple weeks and hubby leaves for training in Colorado for a month. Then at the end of the month I start my three grad classes.
Here's to another adventurous month ahead!
