Yesterday I started the week with a nice long walk around the base. I left around 12 and walked for about an hour and a half. It was quite warm and ideally would like to walk earlier when its cooler out. I enjoy walking especially to music so it is like a stress reliever for me. I would like to do this walk at least 3 times a week possibly more!
Today has been quite a busy day from the start as well. I got an oil change and my hood fixed. Called about financial aid questions for grad school. Start my 3rd semester at the end of August. Called and ordered a debit card for our joint checking. Cleaned and picked up. Picked up some groceries and printer ink and printer paper at the bx and then printed some documents I needed for school. Went to a place on base and got letters to spell out hubby's name for our house:) Tonight hopefully we will be getting our washer and dryer hooked up!
Im trying to create a schedule for myself to be productive and active and keep myself busy until I start school at the end of August. Ive looked for jobs on base but nothing as of yet is appealing to me or really available. I go back to NY to visit in three weeks to visit while hubs is in training then Ill come back and put away all of our wedding presents and stuff we couldnt fit in the car and start school!
Any temporary stay at home wifes with no kids or animals that have any other ideas to stay productive active and busy during the day and week, please let me know!
I wish I had some ideas for you to stay busy...I usually just read or look at blogs when I need something to do, but that of course can get old after a while! Have you thought about joining a group exercise class somewhere?! That could be fun.... haha, sorry I'm not a big help!

I know exactly what you mean!! I am in the same boat!! Right now I am getting all of our thank you notes written, reading books, decorating, and I have started a small little scrapbook of our honeymoon pictures. I don't scrapbook, but, it is taking up some time. I am also going to look into volunteering or something. Oh, and I have been cooking alot. We could always talk, and keep each other entertained. Ha! I need to teach you how to be a southern belle anyway!
